The first time I filmed Joyce, she shared her make up tips. .  So for the second time she wanted to share her style tips.  I shot those images a long time ago during one of my New York trips.  Since then she became a star in the USA; she crosses the country, even the planet, with Ari Seth Cohen, the Founder the blog which launched them, advancedStyle, to participate in seminars, talk about Ari’s book or to present their new documentary. Such success!

To get back to the video, it reminded me of a mail I received not long ago about the concept of style.  How to do?  Well, I like this idea of starting with a black base, essential, and to simply apply a wild touch of madness!  Add colors, repetitive flowers, unexpected textures and jewelery, and apply them in an unexpected way (for example, the flamingo broche on the pearl necklace).

Eternal awe in a front of such happiness, such class and imagination.  Some will say “ I would love so much to be like her at her age”, but I personally think that it isn’t necessary to wait!  If we could be like Joyce whatever our age!  The world will be exquisite!
